The Last Of Us Part 2 released today, and you’ll be hard pressed to find it at any less than £48.

It’s been a long time coming but The Last Of Us Part 2, easily one of the biggest releases of the year, is out today.

Assuming you didn’t already pre-order the game and are enjoying it right now, you may be wondering where the best places are to purchase it.

We’ve compiled a short list of the retailers worth checking out, though with the game fresh on the shelves, the prices are far from what you’d call cheap.

Amazon

Amazon’s the obvious first place to check, coming in at £49.99. They’ve even got some of the special editions still up for sale, but the cheapest that one comes in at is £104.99.

If you were going to spend that much on it, you’ve probably already got it.

GAME

GAME also has it at £49.99, but you’ll need to pay a little bit extra for delivery. According to its website, though, if you’re willing to visit your local store, you can click and reserve so you can pick up your copy there.

That, or you can order it from the store and have it delivered to your home for free.

Currys PC World

The game still costs £49.99 at Currys, but they’re offering a free next day delivery deal for anyone who orders it online. To do this, enter the code on the listing at checkout.

There’s also a free six-month Spotify Premium subscription for new Premium accounts bundled with it.

Argos

Argos’ offer isn’t any cheaper, still at £49.99, but there is an option to spread the cost with an Argos card, in case you can’t afford the full price immediately.

Asda

It’s £49.99 at Asda too. Unfortunately, they don’t appear to have any special offers to go along with it either.

Tesco

If you prefer paying in round numbers, Tesco has the game on offer at £50. Unfortunately, same-day deliveries are unavailable at the moment.

Base

The cheapest we can find the game is from retailer Base, at £48.95, which isn’t that much of a drop. As long as you’re in the UK, though, you get free shipping, with Base aiming to ship it within one working day.

If you’re willing to pay up an extra £6.99, order before 3pm so you’ll get it by Monday.

ShopTo

ShopTo is also offering the game at £48.95 and, while it is the standard edition, you’ll also get a Crafting Training Manual and Ammo Capacity Upgrade along with it.

In related news, two different musical artists will be performing their own respective covers of Through The Valley, the song that was featured in the Last Of Us Part 2’s reveal trailer, later today.

Cello player Dan Caplen will be playing live via his Instagram at 6pm BST, with Emily Burns to follow at 7pm BST on her Instagram.

Both versions can be listened to now, though, on their YouTube channels.

The Last Of Us Part 2 is available on PlayStation 4.
